You can use this Test SMTP Client to send test messages to AlertDispatcher via SMTP. If the test program works locally on AlertDispatcher machine, but not from a remote machine, this would imply that network connectivity is not available or some security software is blocking the email. After unzipping, please refer to the README First Before Using jpeg file.
